Participation in the event is free of charge. Not only that. Drinks and snacks or finger food are also provided at most events.

A Bar Camp is an event where you, the participants, can offer a topic and discuss it in open discussion groups and share your knowledge and experience. It is characterized by an informal atmosphere and the active participation of all participants.

Participation in the event offers the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of OKR, make new contacts and exchange experiences with other users. It is a good opportunity to get to know new perspectives and exchange best practices on how to best implement OKR in your own organization

The host is the organization or company that provides the location.

The event is aimed at OKR users or anyone interested in OKR from the region around Cologne who would like to exchange ideas on the subject of OKR or learn more about OKR.

A Bar Camp consists of various sessions or discussion rounds in which you, the participants, can actively participate. At the beginning of the Bar Camp, the topics are determined and you, the participants, can make your own suggestions. Each session will be held in an open and informal format where the focus is on exchange and discussion.

No, the event always takes place somewhere else - but in the greater Cologne area 😉
